Personal growth means different to different people. In general, it refers to making an effort to improve yourself, learning new skills, habits or seeking different ways to better yourself, be it your effectiveness, competence or knowledge.
No matter which areas you seek to improve, you won’t be inspired or highly motivated each and everyday to implement new strategies you promised yourself you’d do. When it comes to changing your old habits, and building new ones, you must take control of what you choose to do, on a consistent basis.
Change is not what we do once in a while, but what action steps we take to change something we do daily and make them part of our routine. It is all about unlearning, and discarding unhelpful thoughts, perceptions, beliefs, attitudes, behaviours, and biases.
